I want to make this as easy as possible for you. What I mean by this is I will guide you through the process and do all the technical stuff but it will require you to provide information about your business, pictures and feedback as the site is built. This part is typically where things slow down some. I can move as fast as you can provide information. The general process steps are outlined below to show you how we will go from initial contact to launching your website.
We set up a call to just generally talk about your business/brand so I can get to know you a little better. Typically I will do some internet sleuthing (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, TIkTok, LinkedIn, Google search, etc) beforehand to see what kind of web presence you may already have (we will want to at least link everything to a central hub, your site, for folks to easily access). Here is where I will also give you a little homework and ask you to send me a few links to sites you already like, to give me ideas of what you are looking for. Seeing what you already likes helps to speed the process up a bit. We will cover "Tshirt Sizing" of your site as well. Are you looking for a S, M, L, XL site? Size relates to cost of the site to build. We will also cover things like domain registration and site hosting costs. From this, I will put together a cost estimate and go over it with you.

Duration: About 1-3 Days
Once you approve the estimate, I will stand up a test site and build out a wireframe (rough outline) of your website to start giving you a way to give feedback to me. Testing/Reviewing the site is critical for you to do. The more responsive you are, the faster this will go. Typically the things I am waiting on at this point are descriptions of services or products, contact information and pictures. The goal here is to move quickly and not let Perfect get in the way of Good. ​

Duration: About Two to Thee Weeks
Once we get the site to where it is good enough, we will launch it to production (publish it to the web for everyone to see). Then we will continue to improve it. There still aren't a whole lot of people seeing it yet (mainly because they hardly know it exists) and we can make several small tweaks to verbiage, pictures, design, etc to get to a much closer state of what you seek. This is where I will also start to set up Search Engine Optimization criteria to make it visible to search engines like Google.

Duration: About a Week or Two
Now we are starting to cook! The site is up, people are starting to click in to it and you may even begin to start getting emails or contact form info from the site. We will make some final tweaks to the site to ensure its right where you want it to be. Here we can also review maintenance options for your site as you move forward (self care or affordable managed care options).
